This week’s Saturday Contemplation is a small permission slip.
A lot of us are walking around with our nervous systems already braced. Not because we’re doing something wrong, but because the world asks for a constant level of attention, urgency, and concern. And after a while, it can get hard to notice when you’re running low.
So this is a few minutes to pause without turning it into another self-improvement project. Not a big lesson. Not a reset that fixes your life. Just a chance to soften the grip, take a few deep breaths, and give yourself enough room to keep showing up.
